Castro Valley is a picturesque community nestled in a quiet valley surrounded by tree covered rolling hills which has good schools and a decidedly rural flavor. The Castro Valley area of Alameda County known as Eden Townshipis and is the largest unincorporated community in the state. These ridge top homes command some great views with the Gull Canyon Regional Recreation Area on both sides of this community.
