The Beach wood homes were built between 1964 and 1977  and are 3 to 4 bedroom homes with between 1649 to 1852 square feet of living space originally.   Built by Lyons Homes this development surrounds the Christine Penke Park just west of Hesperian Blvd between Tennyson and Industrial Blvd.

Collage Park built by Shapell homes between

of living space and 4 or more  bed rooms and 2 
or more  bath rooms.

The Collage Heights also built by Shapell homes between 1973-1989 and had 1683 to 2668 square feet of living space and 3 +  bedrooms with 2 baths.

The Eden Glen homes were built originally about 1957-1960 and had 1107-1450 square feet of living space, 3 bedrooms and 2 baths.

Eden Shores homes located west of Hesperian Blvd south of Industrial was built between 2003 to 2006 by Standard Pacific and have 2440 to 3459 square feet homes with 4+ bedrooms and 3 + baths.

Homes in Fairway Park were built from 1955 to 1958 these homes are located off Mission Blvd south of Industrial Blvd and originally they had 1134-1419 square feet of living space, 3 bedrooms and 2 baths.

Originally Glen Eden the homes were built  between 1957 and 1965 they were 1064 -1387 square feet and have 3 bedrooms.

Homes in the Hayward Highlands  were built between 1968 and 1999 these houses have 1335 to 2700 square feet and from 3 to 5 bedrooms.

Palma Ceia homes located south of Tennyson about 6 blocks both east and west of highway 880 were built originally between 1954 to 1957 these homes had 1000-1264 square feet of living space, 3 bedrooms and 2 baths.  Palma Ceia got its name from the palm trees that once lined the curbs in this development.

The Prominence homes built by Presley Homes were built between 1992 and1997 have 2492 to 3653 square feet of living space and 4+ bedrooms

Homes in Schefer Park the homes were built originally with 1034-1231 square feet of living space between 1952 to 1958 and all had 3 bedrooms.  Schefer Park is located east of 880 between Harder and Tennyson up to Underwood.

South Gate homes located between 880 and Hesperian Blvd north of highway 92 were built originally about 1956-1960 and had 1119-1359 square feet of living space and 3 bedrooms and 2 baths.

The Twin Bridges neighborhood was built by Standard Pacific on the former Fairway golf course from 1998 to 2000 these homes have  2103 to 3416 square feet of living space, 3 plus  bedrooms and a minimum of 3 baths with 2 or more garages.

Woodland Estates Homes built by Rousseau from 1957 to 1977  had 1431 to 3509 square feet, 3 or more  bedrooms and 2 bath rooms.
