1.  The for sale sign will be installed prior to placing the home on the market.  this is designed to have interested agents and buyers call while post cards and news paper adds are going out.  We will track all interested parties and make them aware the first day they can view the homes / time of open house.

2.  Coming soon full color post cards will be mailed out to 400 neighbors and local buyers informing them about your property and terms of sale used in the Value Improving Procedures.  

3.   Featured on all adds, sign, flyer's, brochures, MLS, and mailings the following will be printed "Seller will consider a contingent sale".   This will benefit the seller by generating more offers from buyers who would be afraid to otherwise make an offer.  A list of benefiting bennifiting the seller will spelling out conditions contingent offers must meet to considered concidered and will be given to all agents who indicate interest in writing such an offer. 

4.  Featured:  Conduct a Mega Open House with 4 agents and 20 signs will generate a lot of enthusiasm and more offers.
